I create and also implement training programs (mainly on interculturality and human rights), I coordinate a training portal and a blog, I host a community of trainers and I am also a facilitator in a personal development program. I have experience in developing learning contexts, from training needs analysis to creating training exercises and learning transfer programs. I like fantasy stories, especially the hero’s journey from the challenge to celebrating the victory J
